MetroCenter building fetches $36M

A Chicago firm has paid $36 million for an approximately 204,000-square-foot building in MetroCenter.

Nashville Post reports that Boyd Watterson Asset Management bought the nine-story building, which sits on 8.7 acres at 200 Athens Way. The building is home to the Davidson County Department of Children’s Services

The seller was Boston-based Albany Road, which paid $51.25 million the property and an adjacent office building that sits on a 10-acre parcel in October, according to the Post.
