Albany Road Real Estate Partners has purchased two more sports complexes for $17.2M.
Deals completed yesterday and today added the Mark Bavis Sports Complex and Bridgewater Ice Arena under the control of the private equity real estate firm.
Addresses are 180 VFW Drive, Rockland, MA and 20 Bedford Park, Bridgewater, MA. They sold for $8,350,000 and $8,850,000, respectively. Albany Road also purchased the Magoo ice cream shop and mini-golf course next door to the Bavis rink for $450,000.
Albany Road in partnership with ESG Associates Inc. acquired five professional multi-sport athletic facilities in February 2022.
